Pre-session Benchmarking

Before we meet, we'll conduct a deep dive into your business model, financials and constraints so the day begins with precision​

Diagnostic Consultation

We’ll spend up to 2 hours in a focused, private zoom meeting where we will diagnose bottlenecks and explore possibilities, after which we'll co-build a working document.

Prescriptive Consultation

Having agreed asynchronously on 3-4 possibilities, we’ll meet again for a further 2 hours to formulate a customised plan of attack going forward.

Game Plan

You’ll receive a prioritized, strategic game plan outlining the clearest, safest and most profitable moves you can make immediately, with the resources you already have.
