HOW AN ENGAGEMENT UNFOLDS

Post kickoff,  the cadence is simple:
 

  • Weekly Sessions: Firehose-style problem solving. Tactical. Practical. Focused on the immediate bottlenecks in front of you.

  • Between Sessions: Constant async collaboration, support, documents, frameworks, spreadsheets. No cap, within reason.

  • Ongoing Refinement: Offers, pricing, messaging, positioning, delivery—audited and adjusted in real time.
     

After each session, you’ll receive:
 

  • Full recording

  • Written summary

  • Concrete next steps
     

This isn’t theory. It’s implementation, built live with you.

THE TIMELINE

We work together for a minimum of 3 months, typically 3–6.
 

Why a minimum? Because the first iteration rarely sticks. Habits regress. Resistance appears. We reset and go again until it takes root.
 

Somewhere around week 8–12, the shift happens. New patterns feel natural. The results compound. And what was once “our method” becomes your operating system.
